I’m Christine... most people call me Chris.

I’ve been using reflective planning and goal-setting workbooks for more than a decade, ever since my first child was born.

That practice taught me to trust my intuition... to define my values, set priorities, and choose a life for myself and my children that often went against the grain.

Freedom, autonomy, connection, and presence matter deeply to me.
They’re why I work from home.
Why I unschool my children.
Why I design my life carefully instead of rushing through it.

These choices haven’t been easy... but they have been aligned.

I created this guide out of lived experience, shaped by my work in conscious parenting and emotional awareness, and by the understanding that rigid goals and perfectionism only create shame.

I made the guide I needed... and the one I wish I’d had earlier.
